Cancellation and refund policy by Nityananda Health Care

At by Nityananda Health Care, we do our best to ensure that our customers are
immensely satisfied with the listed products. And we are happy to offer a complete
refund/replacement in the following circumstances.
(a) You received a defective/damaged item(s)
(b) Delivered item(s) doesn’t match your order
(C) The ordered item(s) is/are lost or damaged during transit
The following situations are not eligible for a return or refund.-
(a) Any wrong ordering of a product doesn’t qualify for a Return or refund.
(b) All products to be returned should always be in their original manufacturer’s packaging with
original tags, labels, bar-code and Invoice.
(c) Used Opened or Partially consumed products do not qualify for Return, only completely intact
products can be returned.
(d) Return products should have the same batch number as mentioned on the invoice.
(e) Non-delivery of product reported after 48 hours of delivery confirmation text message on
registered mobile number.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a
refund at
Please keep in mind that the method of refund may differ depending on the situation. If you are
being refunded through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, it may take between 2-10 working days
for the amount to appear in your account. If you are receiving a refund through Wallet, you should
expect the credit to be available within 7 to 10 working days. The refunded amount will be returned
using the same method of payment that was originally used. For cash on delivery orders, the refund
will be processed through your bank account.
