Buyer Protection Policy

  1. To qualify for the Buyer Protection Program, individuals must have purchased the product from, specifically from Nityananda Health Care.
  2. If buyers have any issues with their product, they can initiate a dispute within 2 days of receiving
  3. Please note that any damage or loss incurred by the product after delivery will not be covered by
    this program and will be the full responsibility of the buyer. In the event that the item is damaged,

  4. To ensure your claim is processed, please record a video of yourself opening the product. Claims
    without video proof cannot be considered. Thank you.
  5. Please note that any opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.
  6. To file a claim, you must meet the following conditions:
    a. It seems that the item(s) you received may be defective or damaged.
    b. The item(s) that were delivered don’t match the order you placed.
    c. The ordered item(s) is/are lost or damaged during transit.
  7. The following situations are not eligible for the Buyer Protection Program:

a. Please note that any incorrect ordering of a product does not qualify for a return or refund.
b. Whenever returning a product, it is important to ensure that it is in its original manufacturer’s
packaging, including the original tags, labels, bar-code, and invoice.
c. Please note that only fully intact products are eligible for returns. Any products that have been
opened or partially consumed cannot be returned.
